BOOKING + PAYMENT DETAILS

Once an appointment date and time are confirmed, you will receive a proposal via email that includes session preparation details, an electronic photography agreement, and an invoice outlining all fees.

For individual sessions with Slate by BK Rose Studio, a $100 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due on the day of the session.

For on-site office headshot sessions, a 25% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

For sessions involving a third-party photographer (such as for remote employees), all scheduling, payment, and cancellation policies will follow the terms set by that photographer.

HOW IMAGES ARE SELECTED & EDITED

Each individual photographed will have the opportunity to select their preferred image for final retouching. Image selection may take place either on-site during the session or through an online gallery delivered after the session, allowing participants to choose at their convenience. The selection method is determined during the booking process and is based on the scope and structure of the session.

To ensure consistent quality and a polished final result, only fully edited images are delivered. RAW, unedited files are not provided.

All final images receive professional retouching, which may include color correction, lighting enhancements, skin refinement, flyaway hair removal, teeth whitening, and background clean-up - while maintaining a natural and professional appearance.

ARCHIVING YOUR IMAGES

Your gallery will remain active for 3 months from the date it was emailed to you. We will also keep digital copies of all of your files for 3 months. We highly recommend backing up your images to an external hard drive once you receive them. Please do not just leave them on your computers desktop. Also consider a second backup method, like a cloud storage drive. 

RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATION

If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 72 hours or more prior to your session. Rescheduling requests are only allowed one time. Exceptions will only be made in cases of emergency or illness.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. Any information you provide remains confidential and is not shared with other companies or individuals. We also do not use any methods to collect personal data without your knowledge.

Occasionally, we may reach out via email to stay connected with our customers and interested individuals. You always have the option to unsubscribe from these communications. Additionally, we do not use tracking ads that follow you across other websites.
